This six-week program will give us substantial time to focus on your primary and secondary wellness concerns, needs, and desires and allows you to make sustainable improvements in reaching your wellness goals. Let’s start with an introductory call. The intention behind this call is for you to share your health concerns, your goals, and also to learn more about me, my approach, and what you can expect from working together. It’s important to make sure that you are working with someone you can trust and connect with. Let’s ensure that we are the perfect fit.

Working together, we’ll dive deep into all the elements of a healthy lifestyle and how to nourish your entire self to support the life you want to live. During our initial session, we’ll assess your current wellness and create a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals. I’ll offer recommendations taking into consideration that we all have specific circumstances that define our relationship with the food on our plates, our bodies, and our overall health.
TARGETED
We’ll identify the underlying causes of what is keeping you from evolving and fully healing and create sustainable changes that will support your journey and unlock a healthier, happier version of you. My intention is to provide practices that you can use emphasizing preventive wellness and long-term health. I’ll share these practices in a simple and accessible way, so that you can find overall wellness and live a nourishing life.
INTEGRATIVE
Lifestyle can carry us into the highest relationship of health, wellness, and spirituality. Through a proper lifestyle, we can regain the balance we are seeking and create the life we’ve always dreamed about. Since achieving wellness is more than just diet and exercise, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, and more.
Individual Yoga & Yoga Therapy Sessions
Are you looking for individualized instruction in yoga, meditation, breathing, or overall fitness? Sometimes clients want instruction to fit their unique situation and needs. I can help you meet your goals in-person and virtually. Whether you are suffering from back pain, would like a yoga routine customized to balance your constitution, or just prefer an individualized approach, I have an option for you. I can also provide a private couples or small group class.

Nourishmint opens the door to well-being with various webinars, workshops and wellness retreats. At times experienced, diverse, visiting teachers and healers are invited to help create special events and retreats where we’ll explore holistic medicine and deepen your wellness practice. You will be inspired as you learn unique ways to grow from the inside out.
